Why Lenny

A first job shouldn't need a CV

Loads of young people want a first job in hospitality and simply can't get a foot in the door. No experience, so no job. No job, so no experience. Lenny breaks that loop.

The gap we're closing

Some young people send hundreds of applications and never hear back. It's not that they've nothing to offer, it's that a first-timer has nothing to put on a CV yet. So the people who most need a chance are the ones who can't get one.

Hospitality needs its next generation, and young people need a positive, safe first experience of work. Lenny turns that demand into real, supervised first shifts, matched on the things that actually matter for an entry-level role: values, location and availability.

What we believe

See the person

We match on who someone is and how they'll fit a team, not what is (or isn't) on their CV.

Safe by design

Every choice runs through a safety filter as well as a brand one. If something's fun but exposes a young person, safety wins.

No pressure

No countdowns, no nudges, no dark patterns. A first job is nerve-wracking enough.

Give a young person their first shot
